In general T.R.U.E. TESTŪ products are not returnable. However, SmartPractice will attempt to our best ability to resolve problems to our customer's satisfaction.

If your product arrives damaged or for any other customer service issue, email us immediately at info@allerderm.com. We will response to your complaint within 2 business days.
